directions to find out what is stored under your msn name and how to delete the pictures and attachments:
1. go to the bottom left side of the web page to "Memeber Tools"
2. Click on "Manage your storage space"
3.There will be a box that says "File Deletion Tool"...along the top you will see "My Documents" "My Pictures" and "My Attachments"
4. Below that you will see "Select a group" ..If you belong to more than one MSN group then you may have attachments on the other groups as well which effects your storage
5. Click on the arrow beside "Select a group" and go to "Endo chat line"
6. click on the "My Picture" tab
7. Select the pictures that you want to delete by clicking on the box beside the picture you want to delete (if you aren't sure what the picture is click on link beside the box and it will show you a thumbnail of the picture). Once you have all of them selected click on the "delete selected pictures"
8. Then a box will come up asking you if you "Are you sure you want to delete these # of files/pictures?"
9. Click ok
10. Click on the "My attachments" tab now and see if you have any attachments and do the same as for the pictures
11. If you are in any other MSN groups you can click on each one and delete the pictures/attachments for each group that you don't want.
