The Women's Health Clinic in Winnipeg offers a free information package on endometriosis and maintains other resources (books, newsletters, videos) which women may borrow. Some individual consultations about endometriosis may be arranged.

The Women's Health Clinic also facilitates the Winnipeg Endometriosis Support Group. At monthly meetings, members gain information about the disease and possible treatments, and offer each other support through understanding, encouragement and acceptance. Members also lobby medical and government agencies for better health care for women with endometriosis, and work to increase public awareness through speakers and workshops.
