Today's Positive Thought Meditation Experience Today's Positive Thought: Your life is the greatest work of art. Today's Positive Affirmation I am the creator of my life and I create it with joy. Today's Positive Visualization In my mind's eye, I recognize the inner power of creativity within me. Today's Positive Thought Meditation Experience Today's Positive Thought: Love heals all. Today's Positive Affirmation: Love is healing every aspect of my life. I AM whole and healthy. Today's Positive Visualization: I close my eyes and imagine myself whole and healthy. In my mind's eye I see myself surrounded by a blanket of love. I feel this love penetrating every aspect of my being. I imagine this love healing all hurts past and present. I see myself going through my day as a healthy, peaceful, and productive person. I combine these images with the feelings of joy and let them go, knowing that they will create the good things I am visualizing and thinking. AND SO IT IS! As You First Enter Today's Positive Thought Meditation Experience: Allow the music and images on the page to soothe your mind. Take a moment to relax by taking in a deep breath. Let go of any worry thoughts or stress for these few minutes. Close your eyes and imagine an energy of light and love emanating from the picture and surrounding you with peace and a deep sense of relaxation. Open your eyes and slowly read today's positive thought. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today's Positive Thought: Love heals all. Reflect for a moment on how this thought is similar or different from your usual thoughts.
