I allow the use of my work for non-commercial signature tags and email stationery, websets, etc., except for commissioned work created as "work-for-hire", see disclaimer below. But please adhere to the following terms:

1. Please don't alter the line work of the characters themselves, although tubing, resizing, adding little sparkles/glitter or simple animations like eyeblinks or moving an arm is OK. Also, the colors may not be selectively changed, although applying a uniform tint or de-saturation to the entire image is OK.

2. Please include my copyright info and URL with link if possible, somewhere clearly visible on the tag: ©Kenny Kiernan and KennyK.com

3. Please send me your email address and the name of your group, for my email list. Also, please send me a link to a non-password-required page where I can see the images, OR just send me the tags, I like to know what's being done with the artwork.

Here's my disclaimer about commissioned work: artwork created as a work-for-hire job is owned by the client, so I don't allow the use of images currently on my website that I've identified as corporate jobs or mascot designs. In other words, none of the Gap, Hasbro, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell stuff, etc. The only exceptions to this rule at the moment are: the Hasbro Rock Band characters, and the ESPN sports kids (which were designs that never went into production).

What can also be used: any images listed as Kenny K properties, self-promotion, Mendola Artists Calendar art, e-cards, postcards, editorial or spot illustrations for magazines, comp/concept art, comics, KK coloring book images - go for it!
