Hello All,
Sorry I have been scarce. I had an accident and tore my right miniscus in my right knee. It is very painful and I have been down, with ice, and heat and pain medication. My right knee has been locked in an immobilizing splint, then placed in a brace with hinges on both sides.
Today is the first day that I have felt good in a month. Ironically, the injury occured the day after the Nation Election.
To all, happy belated Thanksgiving and have a Blessed Holiday Season.
