Hi Angels.  thanks for your reply.  I have been putting cloraseptic on my tongue.  It is generally used as a spray if you have a sore throat.  If anyone has somespecial they use I would be interested to know what it is.  I used alot of ice water to ease the pain.  I have to go back thursday and will ask him again.  I got a new biteplate to ease with the pain on my teeth.  i am worried that a seizure will break my front teeth.  I am also seeing the dentist soon.  Lori

Hi angels. thanks for the prayers and the info on the tongue desensitizer. My tongue still hurts after two weeks and even if I do not need it now I think he will write me something for the next time.  My blood count is normal again but I an wondering why I am having fevers so often. I am able to control the fevers with the 8 hour tylenol but as I said in a former post, I never ran fevers before and nobody in my family has ever had one.  I see my awesome neuro this afternoon.  I am going to print the letter my friend sent me because I asked him to tell me as much as he could about my behavior and the actual seizure.  He told me the shaking was not bad so held onto me tightly..sweet man.  It doesn't surprise me that I was not responsive to his voice and I am learning now that I actually do get out of bed before most of my seizures.  I knwo myself and if I even think I can walk it off I would try.  I had the first one in the bathroom because the shower curtain was pulled down and some of the things in the bathroon shelves knocked over.  Im actualy learning as much as I can now and the fear of learning is not getting to me until I go to bed.  there is still some anxiety about actually letting go and falling asleep so I am not pressuring myself and just relax until I feel sleepy.  thanks so muc guys for your prayers and advice.  I passed the one year mark in March and I still say I have learned more at this website than in any doctor's office.  I am truly grateful.  Lori
