Ingredients: 10 large white potatos 3 boiled eggs 5 green onions chopped 3 stalks celery 1 small white onion chopped 1/2 cup chopped bread and butter pickles 1 small can sliced black olives 1 tsp. of prepared mustard 1/4 cup of rice vinegar 1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Directions: Boil potatos until tender and chop into small squares. Boil eggs until firm,can be chopped or sliced. Chop all remaining ingredients put into large mixing bowl. Add mustard, vinegar mayonnaise and salt and pepper, mix well and cool in refridgerator until ready to serve. A excellent side dish!!
