Italian Sausage
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
1/8 teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Mix together pork, onion and garlic. Combine the rest of the
ingredients and add to pork mixture. Shape into patties, meatballs,
or stuff into casings.Fry or bake, whichever you prefer
