      Regular MSN pages support a very limited amount of html coding.  You may have to find a site meter that uses a mere graphic to display the count.  If the coding contains <javascript>, <object> or <input...> it will not work on a conventional page.  It will only work in a page created in your documents.  Sometimes you can doctor the code to make it work.  If you want to post it here, I can see if I can do anything with it.
      The easiest way to add the webset search to your group page is to just copy paste one of the pre-linked banners or buttons on this page to your group page.  Your members need not be a member of this group to use the search or to snag.
