This is a really cool stand alone water reflection animation filter.
It's freeware, and can be downloaded from:
Just unzip and install to your C/drive.
'I love this filter'.You just open the filter, then open any jpg or bmp image.
Outline where you want the reflection/ animation to be, play with a few simple settings and you have an animated water reflection!
***You have to save it as a AVI file, which is a video file, then just open it in Animation Shop and all the frames will be there! Then just save it as a GIF. You can delete a few frames if you want a smaller file size, whatever you want to do with it!
(You can also save it as a SWF file), which is great if you do Flash animations.. but for siggies, you will want to save as avi file... then convert it in AS.
