Ranch Potato Salad...(serves 20)
Ingredients Ranch Potato Salad | Metric | Ingredient | Imperial | 2.3 kg | potatoes, cut into large cubes | 5 lb | 500 ml | ranch salad dressing | 2 cup | 250 ml | mayonnaise | 1 cup | 40 ml | apple cider vinegar | 3 tbsp | 20 ml | dijon mustard | 1 1/2 tbsp | 250 ml | red onion, finely chopped | 1 cup | 250 ml | celery, thinly sliced | 1 cup | 250 ml | green pepper, diced | 1 cup | 3 ml | salt | 3/4 tsp | 2 ml | pepper | 1/2 tsp | 15 ml | dill, chopped | 1 tbsp | Cook potatoes until soft. Drain and let cool. In large mixing bowl, place all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add potatoes to bowl; mixing well. Cover loosely and chill. Serves 20 |
