Canada and Australia have 7 of 11 overall. No American cities made the list. I have been to Vancouver and Toronto and they are beautiful cities indeed. Vancouver has the pacific ocean in it's front yard and the Rocky mountains in it's back yard. Toronto is the most cosmopolitan city {UN} in the world and is the way New York City should have turned out....but didn't. I'm afraid the day is coming when all America has to offer is the world's mightiest military and even that status can't last forever.
