Curious to me how the Governor (who wanted to be a heartbeat away from the PRESIDENCY) could be so freakin ignorant about the 'rules' in her own state...and that the dude LEADING THE PROGRAM doesn't know 1. the requirements for the program or 2. if there's a waiting list.

 

I learned something really helpful growing up on the farm...if you're in the house and you smell excrement...you probably stepped in some and brought it with you.  Whenever I read a Palingroan, an unpleasant aroma fills the air.  Experience tells me it's probably associated with what I'm reading...
