3 Cups corn flake crumbs or 1/2 Cup fine dry bread crumbs.

1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken--cut into pieces

1/4 Cup butter or margarine

Preheat oven at 375.
Rinse chicken pieces, pat dry with paper towel.  Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush each piece with melted butter.  Place crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs to coat.  Arrange chicken so pieces don't touch each other, skin side up.
Bake in shallow baking dish at 375 for about 50 minutes.

Sounds good enough to try.  But hubby doesn't eat chicken.

Simple enough for me to try....

I love good fried chicken! I had a broasted one the other day from one of our local markets and it was awesome! I ate the whole freakin' thing!
