You can either cut this in half or fix it all and freeze half.
1 lb. Ground Beef
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder - to your taste
2 cans (8oz.) Tomato Sauce
8 oz. Noodles
4 ounces of Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup of Sour Cream
6 Green Onions - chopped
6 or 7 ozs. Cheddar Cheese - grated

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown the meat and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and tomato sauce. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Alternate the meat, sauce and noodles in the baking dish, ending with the sauce.
Beat the cream cheese with the sour cream until smooth. Add the onions and dab over the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
