1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
2 Tblsp. sugar
2 Tblsp. soy sauce
1 lb. boneless round steak, cut in bite size pieces
1/4 tsp. of chopped fresh ginger root
1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic
4 cups of chopped fresh broccoli

In a small bowl, combine flour, broth, sugar, and soy sauce.  Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.

In a large skillet or wok over high heat, cook and stir beef 3, 4, or 5 minutes or until browned.  Stir in the broth mixture, ginger, garlic, and broccoli.  Bring it to a boil then reduce heat.  Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Serves 4

*Don't forget to pound the round steak and make it more tender.

Serve this over hot rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
