never tried feta in lasagna but it sounds good. i use whole milk mozzarella, sharp provolone, ricotta and either asiago, romano or parmesean. Ill have to give the feta a try , which cheese did you replace with feta.?

I used feta instead of ricotta. And it worked out well....

 

Asiago is always a given when it comes to parmesan. ALWAYS!
