In a large pot add
2 qts water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
Boil all the above until tender
In seperate pan cook one package of frozen California Vegetables until tender
Add to vegetables in pot
Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
Add 1 lb velveeta cheese and heat slowly until cheese melts.
