Does anyone have a decent recipe for Chicken Fried Steak?
The one I have tasted good when I first made it, years ago, and it wasn't real bad the next time I made it. But after that it tastes like *&^%, it was always too greasy.
When the recipe says high fire, I made sure it on high flames. Maybe that's my problem. Now I wouldn't mind making it in an electric skillet and just go by the temps. on there.
Some recipes say to use tenderized round steak and some say to use cubed steak?
