It's that time of year in South Texas!  I always think of Christmas when I eat tamales. I just got two dozen from one of the best tamale companies in San Antonio (and there are many), Olgita Moleno's.  I got a dozen pork and a dozen chicken.  Anyone else like tamales?

tamales are pretty popular around here. many families make them for christmas. Im not a big fan of them, i dont care for soft corn shells, but my sister loves them.
