I wouldn't mind you people trying this recipe that I'll write down and I will really appreciate anything you have to tell me about it.  Like....is it good tasting or bad, what extra ingredients or spice should I put in it or is there ingredients that I should take out?  Please inform me.  If you think it tastes okay, I will submit it to one of the recipe sites on the internet.
Is there another title I should call it?  I can only think of it as:

                                   Sweet & Sour Chicken

1/3 cup of maraschio cherries, cut in half
1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, seeded, rinsed and chopped
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup honey
1 TBLSP. ground ginger

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium baking pan or bowl, mix all the fruits and vegetables together, also put the chicken breasts halves in and make sure they're covered covered with the other ingredients.  Pour honey on top and spinkle with the ginger.
Cover it and bake for 1 hour.
Serve it with rice.

Serves 4

Call it "Lodi's Sweet and Sour Patent Pending All Rights Reserved and Asserted Chicken". That should cover all your bases when you publish.

I will try it with the limitations of what is available to me (not too sure about bell peppers) and at a glance perhaps I think that the amount of honey is a bit on the high side to balance the maraschino's but that is down to individual taste and kitchen tasting. It sounds my sort of a dish served on a bed of rice and as many veg as in season.

Thanks to both of you for showing concern.
I really hope you can try it and tell me what you think of it.

Joe,  It seems that bell pepper has to go with it, but when I made it with a normal sized one, I could taste the bell pepper in it, so that's why I said small bell pepper and I usually chop bell peppers and onions really small.  Most likely you're right on the honey, but that's the amount I put in there before and maybe it does need to be lowered.

It was very nice of CaliforniaDreamer and Joe to put something in here and I really appreciate hearing from you people.
