I've got to admit..... I've got both of these items in stock right now, and have now tried both of them.

The field raised chicken I have, is so good... you'd think you're eating turkey. I took one of these home, slow roasted it, and damn near ate the whole thing. It was "REALLY" this good!

Then I got the chance to try one of  the field raised turkeys..... and uh oh, Thanksgiving will never be  the same at my house!

This is the best damn turkey I've ever had! There's just no comparison between the two!

I'm one happy guy right now!

Nacho!

The other day I read about an apple cider brine for turkeys, I'm debating trying it this year since I don't have any easy access to a field raised turkey (sounds wonderful though). If I try the brine I'll let you know how it came out.

Nacho,
Can you provide a link to where one can order these turkeys?  I'd like to try one of these for Thanksgiving or Christmas this year.

Dee,

We've cleaned out our local turkey guys for Thanksgiving already. (Which is a really good thing). We've sold over 500 turkeys in all different sizes.

We'll have some ready for Christmas though!

And yes, I can ship you one directly from our warehouse.

Nacho!

P.S. - this is BY FAR the BEST turkey you have EVER had! And I'm not kidding, either!
