As soon as dinner is over you strip the turkey of all white meat, we dont eat dark. then the dark meat and the carcass goes directly into the stock pot. that way you never waste the carcass and the stock cooks while you relax over coffee and pie.
 
Now for the other leftovers. Here is my absolute favorite. in a fry pan put a bit of turkey, a bunch of stuffing, leftover mashed taters, left over veggies (beets this year) put a small amount of water in the pan to moisten the dressing and make the taters nice. cover and cook till hot. then pour gravy on the edges or middle of the pan. and return cover and heat till hot. then put it all on a big plate or bowl and have a feast.
I actually think i may like this part bettter than the original dinner.
 
And i would tell you what to do with the leftover jello but ooops i jsut ate it all.
