Our son cooks all the time and loves watching the Food Network.  With his large family he has and my DIL not liking to cook and not being a good cook, well to be honest, she's terrible in the kitchen, he has been the one to do the cooking in his family.  He's a big fan of Paula Dean and tries many of her recipes.
