What always bugged me about Emeril's shows is that he never gave measurements.....lots of BAM's but not teaspoons.
He's rolling in dough from all the tv, books, products, and restaurants so you can't feel too sorry for the guy.
I like the winner of The Next Food Network Star from two contests ago....Guy Fieri. The other winners, the two gay guys and the latest, the woman with the Elvis lip thing going on haven't done as well as Guy mostly because they just don't have the personality to pull it off.
