I enjoy deep dish and thin crust. pineapple and ham are a pizza abomination lol

I love homemade pizza, the thing is at home you just cant get the dough right, but we are lucky to have a couple of  local italian markets and bakeries where you can buy the dough already made, it comes in a ball, all you have to do is stretch it out. Another thing that made a huge difference is having a pizza stone in the oven. It completely makes the crust just like great pizzeria pizza. All nice and brown and crisp. A few christmases ago i got my sister the giant oven pizza stone she wanted, its pretty damn expensive but ohhh the benefits to pizza and bread etc are amazing. One day im gonna get a little pizza stone, or you can jsut buy tiles at home depot and make them even cheaper. once you put them in the oven you can leave them in there all the time. Using corn meal on the pan also makes it more like its from out.

I agree that pizza from out get expensive, sometimes i get it from jets once a month or so, but i also cant always afford it. And with the already made dough we can get i can make a better one at home. I like mine with a hearty amount of sauce, regular amount of cheese, not too much, then after that other ingredients are optional, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, pepprocini (spicy yellow peppers) no mushrooms ever.
