these are more like candy than a cookie, due to no flour
2 cups (7oz) fine grated coconut, the kind out of the bag thats all sugary
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup chocolate chips
combine and mix well
drop by teaspoonfuls one inch apart on greased baking sheet
bake at 325 degrees bout 15 minutes or till golden brown, remove from baking sheet at once.
