Treasure Cookies

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or slivered almonds)

Heat oven to 375°F. In small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add graham cracker crumb mixture, mix well. Stir in coconut, chcoclate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes about 3 dozen.

I thought I'd lost this recipe, I really liked these cookies when I made them a few years ago and since I already had to make some Christmas goodies with sweetened condensed milk I thought I'd make these again, and wanted to share and preserve the recipe in case I don't remember where I put it after I bake these gems today. LOL
