I baked some this morning and already ate two, they sort of taste like the Girl Scout Samoa cookies, crispy, coconutty and chocolatey, yum yum. LOL

 

Yeah Pache, I've eaten scads of raw cookie dough and never got so much as a burp out of it, some folks are quite scared of eggs these days so I just thought I'd relieve their worry if they couldn't keep their mitts out of the bowl.
