Grill your ribs first. Simply salt and pepper (kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper - like always).
 
Grill the ribs so they're marked well, about half fully cooked.
 
Take the ribs, place in a roasting pan. Pour one full can of pineapple juice over the ribs. (If you're roasting pan isn't big enough, use half.... you want at least an inch or so of juice on the bottom of the pan).
 
Pour Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce over the ribs. Coat them well.
 
Roast for about 2 hours in 350 oven.
 
They should fall right off the bone!
 
The pineabpple juice really gives the ribs a great sweet flavor!
