(I wrote this poem after some discussion on a BBS somewhere where we were "wishing" for various things.... A few male posters were wishing for "a magic pill" that would fix erection problems.... I countered with this Poem.

Wishful Thinking
If wishful thinking could make it so,
How far, do you think, some men would go?
They'd all be rich, with money to burn.
They'd all be smart, nothing left to learn.
They'd all be powerful, their kingdoms would rule.
They'd all be courageous, win every duel.
They'd all be healthy, keep all their parts.
They'd all be talented in music and arts.
They'd all be atheletic, smooth and strong,
And have erections that would last too long.
If wishful thinking could make it so,
I'll tell you, my friend, how my wish would go.
I'd wish for a man who was quiet and kind,
Considerate and thoughtful, who's vows would bind.
I'd wish for a man who was romantic and sweet,
Who would hold my hand as we crossed the street.
I'd wish for a man who thought of me first,
Who used champagne to slake my thirst.
I'd wish for a man who wouldn't worry at night,
Who's erections we both thought were "just right."
