Sure can, this is such a easy recipe, when I
don't want to fuss and muss I cook this, lol.
The family loves it.
3 pounds of boneless round steak (or any kind)
1 package dry onion/mushroom mix soup
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 cup burgundy wine more or less, lol, I put more.
Cut meat into one inch cubes. Place in casserole dish equipped with a lid. Empty onion soup mix
over the meat and toss.
Combine undiluted soup with wine. Pour over the
meat.
(If you love mushrooms I buy the fresh sliced
and add it to the mix)
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. This is good with buttered noodles or rice.
Serves about six.
