In one of my PSP groups, we've been creating recipe cards and sharing recipes. I made this recipe tonight and it was absolutely wonderful! I wanted to share it with you. It's an easy recipe to do once to have all the ingredients.
I was out of breadcrumbs..so I used some Pepperidge Farms Herb stuffing that I crushed up...and I used shredded parmesean instead of grated. (I will use both again..I liked the way it turned out.) I also used parsley flakes instead of fresh parsley.
The girl that shared it said that her family loved the sauce so much that she usually doubled it..and she served the chicken and sauce over linguine. I served it over linguine...but only had enough heavy cream for one sauce...but the sauce really is wonderful and when I make it again I will probably double the sauce..and put 1.5 servings over the chicken....and save the other half for leftovers.
This was definitely good enough to serve to guests.
