I think they are just suggestions regarding people from your general area or who have the same interests and have a public profile.  I set my privacy so that only my friends can see my stuff.  I think that is the best way.

I see my IP address, but the IP addresses of everyone else who is on is hidden, as it should be.  This will be a learning process for all of us....LOL

How long does it take for them to process your sign-up?  I hit enter after filling everything out and it said processing for about a second and that was it, yet it asked

me to sign up again when entered info.

MIMS there is a BULK Upload that works really quickly on Photobucket.

 

I think you can upload them right from your computer too MIMS
