Sugar Britches is a 6 1/2 year old Shih Tzu. She is blonde, with a sweet little face! She weighs 14#. She is calm and laid back. She's not all that interested in taking a walk, but she would love to sit beside you on the couch!

Poor litte Sugar Britches had been used as a breeder, living most of her life in a kennel. However, it didn't take her long to figure out just what "family life" is all about. She is so very sweet. She loves to have her back scratched and has figured out that the furniture is very soft to sleep on. Furthermore, Sugar Britches has now decided that sleeping with us is pretty cool! .

She would do better with older children. She is housebroke, but you have to pay attention to her. In other words, we have mistook her wanting love and attention with actually needing to go outside. She then finds her spot and starts walking in circles. Then you tell her "wait, wait!" and take her outside. She really does tell you. .
