Good Saturday Morning Dear Friends ! I came home from Helen & Joe's last night, made a pizza and that's all I know until 4:00 a.m. this morning. Nothing like getting in shape helping 2 kids move in a 2-story home !!!! Bob and I helped move books yesterday and some dresser drawers and pics. Joe came over for some pizza and had just rented a car for this weekend. He has to leave early this morning for Chicago to set up a new computer system in the office up there and won't be back until Tuesday. He has to work there Monday to help the people understand how it all works. Helen has to work all night tonight and Sunday night, so we won't be working tomorrow at all. It will give us a chance to blow and bag up a few more leaves. They have fallen the last few days and practically bare. Helen called last night and when she locked her new front door, the entire lock system came out somehow. She has it deadbolted from the inside; but we are all going out this morning to Home Depot to get a new lock system and Bob will put it in. I'll help stocking the pantry shelves and book shelves with her and her sister and mother. I'll be home later this afternoon and sorry I'm so absent the last few days. They will be moved in by next Friday and everything will ease up for everyone by then. Hope all of you have a wonderful Saturday. Hope to hear from Sunny very soon and hope all of you have some relaxation and fun time this weekend. Prayers for Peg as she travels to pick up Dude with her best friend Jackie. I cannot remember where she lives, but hope the weather cooperates. We are going to have a COLD weekend here in Indiana . Susan HTML & Page Designed By Sunny | | | | | | | | | | |

Good Morning! I don't get in on the good morning posts too often as I'm not usually functioning at full speed this time of the day. Today I'm up and about because I'm going to Oxford, MS with my son to a Scholars Conference at Ole Miss. He is interested in attending the Honors College there next year so it should be an informative day. I'll go to some of the meetings but I plan to spend most of my day shopping. (I'm sure he'll be glad to get rid of me for a while!) They have several really cute little shops and stores around their old town square. Susan, you will have Helen and Joe moved in before you know it. I know they will really enjoy their new house and life together. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Tonya |

Good Morning Ladies, well got my mom and dad from the airport yesterday and we spent the rest of the afternoon and evening here, they were quite tired. We had a fish fry for supper, lake trout, peas, okra, coleslaw and hushpuppies...Yummy. Now the house smells like fish....LOL! The Boys delt well with the visitors, but Park jumped on my dad and cut his hand with his claws....I think it was a nip, but he swears it wasn't. That dog needs some serious training...So after they leave I'm going to hire someone to work with him. I've had enough. Adrianne won't let me do it, but she can see that my dogs don't jump and growl....Hard head, wonder where she got that. We had plans to go to the Oyster Festival, but I'm not sure now, it's raining this morning, so we may wait and go later. It's a pretty drive, so maybe we'll go a little later. Well gotta think about breakfast...I'm thinking fish leftovers. Hugs to all, Wanda and the Boys |

Wanda! Don't feed your parents leftover fish for breakfast! LOL! They will never come visit you again! I'm glad they got there and hopefully the rain will clear off so you guys can go to the Oyster Festival. We had a little bit of rain last night, not really enough to do anything. We really need some significant rain. Susan, I imagine you were tired last night. Gosh I know it has to be exciting for Joe and Helen and I know he appreciates you guys helping her while he has to be away. Tonya, hope you guys have a good trip to Ole Miss today. We are finished with our college visits and now we are just waiting on the acceptance letters. Helen is sweating it out! If it isn't too windy later, I think I will burn leaves later. And Scott and I are planning a trip to Costco, too. I would love to take a drive up to the mountains as the leaves are peaking right now and the apple orchard is still open, but I'm not sure I can talk him into that. I'm going to let him decide. I am finally feeling better this morning, I think, and would like to get out and do something. And it might be good for him, too. I definitely plan to get the dogs out and let them run off some energy. I haven't done much "playing" all week and they need it. Anyway, you guys have a great Saturday, whatever you are doing! |

Good Morning!! Sounds like everyone's day will be busy!! I have absolutely nowhere to go today so I'm debating if I even feel like getting dressed!! It might just be a jammy day and book reading fest! Wanda, I agree with Logan....no fish for breakfast!! How nice to visit with your parents! Susan, enjoy your day. You will definately need a vacation to rest when the move is complete! Logan, hope Scott decides to go to the orchard. It sounds like a nice relaxing trip. Tonya, enjoy shopping in those little stores. Hope you find lots of neat stuff. Laura |

Good Morning Ya'll I am bringing up the rear this morning, LOL! We have been watching them implode the old Midland Savings Building on TV. It was a 50 yr old building that was once owned by Leona Helmsley. We could actually hear the charges going off from the house since we are not very far from downtown And watching t from a warm house, drinkin coffee in our PJs was much better than braving the cold. Today we have lots of house work to do Wanda have fun at the festival. Tonya have a safe trip to MS. Susan I bet you and Bob were tired last night. Glad you are feeling better Logie & Laura there ain't nuttin wrong with a PJ day. Have a Golden Day Everyone Susie |

Susan - No wonder you stay so young with those workouts - now leaves. Tonya - Sounds like today is going to be really special. Wanda - Tha Oyster Festival sound interesting, but the rain does put a damper on it. Logan - Glad you are feeling better and you are right about how beautiful the leaves are right now. A good romp with the dogs is always a winner. Laura - Boy those days that you stay in your jammies are the best - you go girl! Susie - You are not a bring up the rear. LOL House work does not sound like much fun - ewwww! A must I guess. I have no plans - no specific ones. Hugs, Mims |
