I went to Publix to pick up a few things today and their featured recipe was Italian Beef Florentine with Savory Pasta. I love it because they had all the ingredients right there together, which made it so much easier! Many times there will be a demonstration going on, cooking the featured recipe, but they weren't doing it when I was there. It sounds fancy, but basically it is a breaded, seasoned beef patty with a spinach cream sauce over it and then a frozen pasta/vegetable medley that is fancied up a bit. We'll see! I am also going to toast some sourdough bread we had leftover from our fondue last night.
