We're having a recipe I've made before and it was GOOD.
IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE
Made with hamburger meat, onion, green pepper and chilies and taco seasoning
Put in a 9 inch pie plate and mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of bisquick and 1 cup of milk and pour on top. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheddar/jack cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
The Bisquick and milk makes a crust.
Eat with Salsa of your choice and sour cream !
