Overnight Salad
Layer all the ingredients in the order that is listed
This will take a very large bowl
iceberg lettuce torn into bite size pieces
fresh spinach torn into bite size pieces
1 pound of bacon cooked and crumbled
1 bunch of green onions chopped
6 - 8 hard boiled eggs sliced
1 package of frozen sweet peas, slightly thawed
1 package of grated swiss cheese
1 package of grated cheddar cheese
Combine equal parts of Miracle Whip and Hellmans
This depends on the size of the bowl and I usually use 1 1/2 cup of each then
spread the mayo mixture over the entire salad making sure to completely seals around all the edges and covers the entire salad.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid covering the salad bowl and set in the fridge overnight.
When serving make sure that you spoon down and grab up a bit of all the layers.
Perfect for BarBQs or large gatherings, it really makes alot.
