Hello. My name Is Jenn and I'm so glad to be here!!  My mom introduced me to this site after losing my baby, Gooch.  So a little about me and my family. I'm married to a wonderful guy, Mike and we have 3 boys, Alex (19), Kynan (17) and Austin (8). My oldest boy is going to be daddy in September to a little girl.  We are pretty excited around here!! (Actually, Alex is already a daddy, his girlfriend has a son  and my son stepped up to the plate and is wonderful with Davon.) It brings tears to my eyes to see what a good dad he is with Davon.  We have 2 furbabies at present and a not-so-furry- baby. Harley is a 14 year old pomeranian that we adopted about 3 years ago from my husband's grandma. She developed Alziehmer's and had to be put in a home. Unfortunately, although she loves Harley dearly, she forgot about his maintenance ( brushing him and such) and he developed some skin problems. He has more of his coat back now than when we first brought him home, but he is still quite patchy. I dont think he's ever going to get the hair on his butt back. We love him so. He is a sweetheart that just wants his belly rubbed. lol.  You would never know he is 14 years old!! He still runs around like a puppy!!  Our other fur baby is our cat, Sam. My husband's mom found her and brought her to us. We had adopted a cute little kitten from the pet store but we only had the pleasure of his company for a little over a week. He climbed up on the coat on the back of my chair but he lost his hold and fell. At first, I thought he had just knocked himself silly, but I soon came to realize that he had in fact broken his little neck! He only fell like a foot and a half but he must not have landed right. My mom came and took us to the vet where they confirmed his neck was broken and we had to put him down. I was so devastated!! Then comes my hubby's ma about 3 weeks later with Sam! I knew the instant I looked in her eyes that she was a Bischke!! My not-so-furry baby is my bearded dragon, Butters. He is about 3 now, I've had him since he was about 5 months old. He is a great little guy and he loves his mama!! He only likes Dad when he feeds him. Otherwise, he likes to hang out on mom's shoulder and just chill! He really seems to like my hair for some reason cause he always wants to sit on top of my head!! lol  I just adore him!!

Now Gooch! Where do I start?? I have had a few pets over the years, and loved each one dearly, but that boy was my pride and joy. I've never known love like that!! We found him when he was about 6 months old. He was a stray and he came running into the parking lot of the place my husband worked. When Mike came out, there was me and my 2 oldest, just standing there holding this puppy with a stupid look on our faces( that's how hubby described it) and he knew we now had a little dog!! heehee Well, he was the best dog ever!!!  He went everywhere with me and I mean everywhere! I remember one time, Gooch had gotten out of the yard and we were supposed to go to my in-laws for dinner. I refused to go!! I just rode my bike up and down the streets ( bawling my head off the whole way!) till I finally found my baby, who was having a great time exploring!!! He used to be a runner till we got him fixed. Then he got so good, we could take him out to the front yard with us and he wouldnt take off. In fact, there were a few times, we forgot about him, sleeping under the tree and we would come back in  the yard and forget him lol. He would always come to the gate and bark to be let back in!! I remember one time, my hubby and I went up to the mall and we had Gooch in the truck. ( we always had water for him and we would open the back window so he could sit on the toolbox till we came back) We weren't in there very long, I needed a ball of yarn and hubby needed something from the drugstore. Well, as Mike came out of the drug store, there was Gooch, in the middle of the mall, looking for me!!!  He hated it when I had to leave him. I remember how he would howl if he could see me in the store!! That was Dad's was of getting me to hurry up!! He was the absolute best dog in the entire world!! I miss everything about him and I miss him every day. I am definitely looking forward to seeing him again at the rainbow bridge. I know he's there, just waiting for mom.

We are going to have a new addition to our family. Friends of ours just had puppies and we had the honor of pick of the litter!! We chose the sweetest little boy. His name is Mojo, but we have to wait for a bit more. He will only be 2 weeks tomorrow! lol  He is a little chihaua . I'm not too sure of his coat cause his mom is a short hair and dad is a long hair. It really doesnt matter to me though what he looks like, though. Love doesnt care about appearance. Its all about the heart! And I think he has lots of it! And he's dark, which Gooch would have loved. (He seemed to have a thing for darker dogs lmao)

Sorry my post is so long, I can be quite chatty sometimes. lmao Anyways, I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and your precious furbabies. Nice to meet people that love animals as much as me.
