Apple Bread

1 lb loaf:
1 ts Yeast
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Nonfat dry milk
1 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Nutmeg
2 1/2 c Bread flour
2 tb Lite applesauce
2/3 c Water
1/2 c Dried apples; chopped
1-1/2 lb loaf:
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
3 1/3 c Bread flour
3 ts Lite applesauce
1 c Water
3/4 c Dried apples; chopped

Add ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manufacturer and follow baking instructions provided in the manual.

Apple Butter Bread

1 1/3 c water
2 2/3 tb Oil, vegetable
2/3 c Apple butter
1 1/3 tb Sugar
1 1/3 ts salt
1 1/3 c Flour, wheat
2 2/3 c Flour, flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Add ingredients to ABM in order listed. Select cycle and bake.

5/8 c Water
1 c Allpurpose flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Applesauce (butter)
3 tb Apple butter
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Crust light. Bake.

Apple Carrot Bread

1 1/3 c Juice, apple
1 3/16 c Carrots; grated
2 tb Oil, vegetable
2 tb Honey
2/3 ts salt
2 c Flour, whole wheat bread
2 c Flour, bread
2 ts Yeast
1/2 c Apples, dried; diced
2/3 c Raisins
2/3 c Nuts

Add first eight ingredients in order listed to ABM. Begin appropriate cycle. After first kneading, add diced dried apples, raisins and choped nuts. Resume cycle.

Apple Cider Cinnamon Bread

1 1/2 pound loaf:
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
3 c Bread flour
1 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Wonderslim; *see note
1 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Apple cider; or applejuice

*NOTE: The original recipe used 2 T butter.

Put in bread baking pan per manufacturer's directions and bake.

Apple Cinnamon Bread

3/4 c Water
3 3/4 tb Apple juice, frozen concentr
1/3 c Applesauce
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Brown sugar
1/3 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; to 3 t, option
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt

Flour equivalents: 3 cups Cycle: white, sweet, whole wheat Setting: Medium

1/2 tb Caraway seeds
2 cl Garlic, crushed
1 md Onions; chopped
1 lg Apples; chopped
3 tb Butter
1/2 c Water

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

Put all ingredients into the pan, select white bread, and push start.

1 t Cinnamon
1 t Nutmeg
2/3 c Cold applesauce
1/2 c Cold applejuice
1/2 c Grated fresh apple
1 1/2 T Yeast

Add ingredients to baking pan. Bake on Basic. Recipe for Panasonic 65. Adjust as needed for other machines.

Follow manufacturer's instructions for placing ingredients into bread pan;

select bake cycle, and start machine.

Applesauce Bread

3/4 c Wheat flour
1/2 ts Salt
4 tb White sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 pn Pinch nutmeg
2/3 c Warm appesauce
1 tb Butter
1/2 c Warm apple juice
1/2 c Grated fresh apple
Use ingredients at room temp

Put all ingredients in the order listed into pan, select white bread, and push "start". This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough for machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 min

4 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Nonfat Dry Milk
3/4 c Whole-Wheat Flour
2 1/4 c Gold Medal Better For Bread Flour
1 1/2 ts Dry Yeast
1 tb Margarine

Add ingredients in order listed. Program for regular setting. Push start.

3/4 c Buttermilk
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Butter
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine). Adjust as needed for your machine.

Buckwheat Applesauce Bread

1 pk (5/16-oz) yeast
1 c Unbleached flour
3/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Buckwheat flour
1/2 c Applesauce
1 ts Salt
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Water

Put the ingredients, in the order given into the bread pan, select WHITE bread, and push Start.
