One cold November day I was leaving the bank and saw this little skinny pup in the road, going from car to car like he was looking for someone to help him Nobody would stop and help they just honked their horns and drove on I pulled over and got out and scooped him up and put him in my car. Oh my gosh he stunk to high heaven and was just the saddest little guy you ever seen. After a good long rest and several baths We gave him the temporary name of Stinky Fred. No one searched for him Wasn't anyone missing this little Boy? Didn't anyone care about him? So we became his foster parents thru Animal Outreach until he found a loving home. I was not ready for another boy in my life We had lost Liesl in May, been battling Norman's cancer all year only to lose him in August after he had been so brave & we thought we had won but were settling into a life with Molly, Stella & baby Whitney I was detemined that Binky .....
There was a name change after an embarrassing incident with the neighbor
I was detemined that Binky needed to be in a home that was ready for him and after several adoption fairs we thought we had found him the perfect home
So why did I cry all the way home after we left him at his new home? Why was this house to sad without that big lug around? and several days later I got a call that they were going to return him. And honestly I knew WHY then Because Binky had worked his way into all of our hearts and that apparently we were ready for another fur son and Norman would be okay with it. and Binky was meant to be a part of OUR family. He's challengling, He's loveable, He's clumsy & He's cuddly but most importantly He is our Son! Here are a few original post to help you understand his journey to join our family This photo is from the day I found him
