When used in small quantities, Patchouli is said to have a mildly sedative
effect, if used in larger quantities it may be somewhat stimulating

10 teaspoons carrier oil such as Grapeseed, Sweet Almond or Fractionated
Coconut oil
7 drops of Patchouli essential
4 drops Jasmine essential oil
2 drops Rose essential oil

Instructions:
Blend ingredients well. Warm up oil and hands before doing massage.
