Put a drop of Lavender oil on a bee sting or insect bite to stop itching and
reduce swelling.

Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to the baby's laundry (including
the crib sheets), not only for the aromatherapy benefits, but also for the
soft, clean aroma it will add to your baby's things.
A great idea for Mom too.

With sports injuries try Lavender to reduce any muscle
or tissue swelling. It's a very effective anti inflammatory.
Use in a massage oil, up to 15 drops per 1 oz. of carrier oil.
