if i was you i would definetly do a cleansing moondust or use a pyramid or mirror visulization there verry good for protection |

I think your both right i do need to do a cleansing, though im not sure how to do it, a pyramid for protection is a great idea. Thank you both  Blessings  |

Smudging a room is one of the best ways to cleanse it. Use a lit sage bundle and go around your room counter clockwise to remove/banish any negative energy and then clockwise to bring in positive energies. Brigid |
