| Welcome to our intergroup mailbox system. You can easily find anyone's mailbox by using the: Mail Room Search Engine To keep the mess out of our groups and the need for anyone to have a mailbox in each group, we have set up a new Mail Room Group as the common mail center for all of our network partners. You need to join it in order to leave somebody a message. Only persons that have requested a mailbox will be accepted. This avoids the need for moderation. You must join the mailroom group to be able to post in mailboxes!
This new mailbox system allows you to find others malboxes by their names, what group they are in or aother nicknames they go by. It also allows others to find you the same way. It is much easier then going through a huge page of mailboxes looking for who you want to post a note to.
Would you like to select your own Mailbox? We will be happy to set you up a mailbox. To do so properly, we need two things in your request. #1
We need the mailbox itself. If you have one you would like to recycle or would like to make your own, simply post it in your request. If you would like us to make one for you, give us an idea of what you would like. There is an assortment of pre-made mailbox blanks to chose from at Free Graphics and at The Background Boutique . You should also include any text information you would like included such as a self intro, artwork or link to personal sites (no adult content links permitted). If you would like us to choose a mailbox for you that is fine. Or if you just want to tell us about what kind of art and colors you like someone will make one for you. #2
We need you to fill out the form you will find at the bottom of this page. To fill out the form, copy and paste the form into a new thread on the Request A Mailbox Message Board. Fill it in with your info including your exact MSN nickname (copy and paste it if it is too hard to type in) and up to 3 more nicknames. Also, add the group you are from (choose only 1 group) and your talent.
