1 John 4:7

... love one another, for love is of God

Living Waters is a Christian group and we have dedicated this site to Christ.

We manage the community with the following guiding principles

and our Spiritual guidelines is The Bible.

Please take time to read this so we can all work together to make this a positive

loving environment and to serve God.

GUIDELINES & RULES FOR LIVING WATERS

1) We always want to make everyone Welcome that comes to Living Waters.

We welcome members of other faiths.

We all should look at this group as a safe place to come and get to know one another.

Respect one another and try to get along in every situation "The Golden Rule".

We are here to encourage and lift one another up as the Lord would have us do.

2) This is not a debating community.

No debating our individual preferences in how we Worship. This includes how we worship, church doctrines, Bible preferences. politics, critizing different groups or people, or topics that lead to debate.

(There are other community that offers debate opportunities.)

We are here to lift each other up, not put others down. Let us look for common ground rather than say I am right and you are wrong. Share our love.

If you have a problem with a member please do not post in public forum.  Please contact a manager.

4) Try to at least come in once a week and post, even just to say hi. That way we will know that you are active and still interested in being a member.  Also, we love you and get concerned if we don't hear from you.

We have a great opportunity to share God's Love with each other and make friends from all over the world.

5)  MSN rules and code of conduct and our group guidelines compliance is a must.

All members must have their e-mail address hidden to remain a member of Living Waters.

When joining please hide your email address using "Members Tools". This is so important since this
is how we can be hacked. Also MSN will close a group if people show there email addresses in the
member list.   Please verify your email address is hidden. Thank you.

6)  Please only post family rated content.  Please respect and honor copy right laws and material.

When posting messages on the boards, please use small case in the titles.
(Large case tends to capture your eye and is considered yelling.  In addition,
other postings are hard to find when checking for something specific.) Thank you

7)  NO links to other groups or sites without permission from the leadership. Please no advertising or endorsing of promotional material or other sites. Even if these sites are of our faith. We are not a place to advertise other groups or web sites.

If you do run into problems, please contact the leadership team through the "manager mailboxes".
Thank you for reading this. There is a thread under general messages and we would like to know you have read and understood our guidelines. Also please let us know if you have a problem understanding or if you feel the need to discuss them.

When you have read the Guidelines and rules Click to reply (Here).

King James Version

1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

For great is His love toward us,
and the faithfulness of our Lord
endures forever. Praise the Lord.

 John 9:25

I was blind, but now I see.

Christ healing blind man. By El Greco 1541-1614

Amazing Grace

words by:  John Newton 1725-1807

"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...
the hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares...
we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...
and Grace will lead us home.

The Lord has promised good to me...
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be...
as long as life endures.

When we've been here a thousand years...
bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise...
then when we've first begun.

"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

May God bless you!
