we now need to have some form of © on the Tags,
even if it is from the web it has to have either..
1. "PD Graphic" (Public Domain) or
2. "©Free Graphic" or
3. "Royalty Free Graphic".
But really what MSN is after is that the ©(Artist's Name) is on all Tags..
It is such a pain in the ... for us. As some things seemed to be ok such as
some "Flowers and some Butterflies and Clipart"but it does get very confusing
as to what is or what is not allowed to be used without © on it so i have found
that what i do is if the tag doesn't have any © to a particular Artist on it i just
use one of the 3 examples above and we can only hope that will be ok with the
powers that be..
