The Twenty-thrid Psalms

Isaiah 40:11

11 He tends his flock like a shepherd:
He gathers the lambs in his arms
       and carries them close to his heart;

In Memory of my friend and sister: Anita

18 Apr 55 to 15 Apr 08

Anita and I joined the Cottage about the same time frame.
We shared our love of Christ and knew we were kindred spirits.
She and I are both double nickle babies and almost to the day.

What I want to share most is that Anita's life was filled with challenges,
abuse from an early age which carried over into adult hood, however a
miracle happened and she found the love of Christ which changed her life.
Nothing is impossible in Christ.

I am saddened with her passing, but I celebrate her graduation to be with
our Heavenly Father and happy for her that she is suffering no more.
I stand on God's promise that when He calls me home we will be able
to worship and praise our Lord together.

I will continue to hold Anita's family in my thoughts and prayers.

I will not say good bye, because I know in Christ we will talk again.

All things are possible in Christ.

Here's a verse to hold close to heart and mind for encouragement:

1 Thessalonians 5:9-10

9For God hath not appointed us to wrath,

but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

10Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep,

we should live together with him.

With much love,

Your friend and sister in Christ,

Karen aka Friend_555
