Tutorial done in Paint Shop Pro v9 and uses Eye Candy 4000 and Animation Shop and assumes a basic knowledge of PSP.

1. Open up Graphic or tag - if using Graphic promote background layer.

2. Duplicate layer 1 time for a total of 2 layers.

3. On top layer go to Effects - Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise

4. Use these settings:

tip - once you have the settings set, click on settings and save, give them a name and you won't have to reset every time.

5. Make sure 2nd layer is highlighted, again, apply Eye Candy 4000 HSB noise, same settings but click on Random seed once.

6. Now to animate!! Save your image as a psp file.

7. Open up Animation Shop, locate and open your saved file.

8. Click on view > Animation and you should have rain on your image.

9. Save your animated picture - your done!!!
